A simple company website
This website has no user accounts or payments. We do not use advertising or audience analytics. Language selection uses links to translated pages. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse.
When you email us
When you use the form or email us, Nodio processes your name, email address, subject and message to answer your enquiry. Depending on the conversation, the legal basis is precontractual steps you request or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and form. Cloudflare processes technical data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the website. Turnstile processes technical signals to check whether a request is legitimate. Resend delivers form messages to our inbox. These providers may process data in different countries; their privacy information describes applicable safeguards.
Retention and recipients
Nodio handles enquiries manually and stores correspondence in Google Workspace. Nodio and providers needed for hosting, security and message delivery can process data for those purposes. Retention depends on following up your enquiry and applicable obligations; no automatic deletion is currently configured. You can request details or deletion at info@nodio.be.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability. Contact info@nodio.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
